We make "sample book" for every new order, indicating every details (materials, specs, packaging), pre-confirmed by clients and us, then pass to our production team as a mandatory attachment for production
After the contract being confirmed, we'll make pre-production samples and deliver to clients for confirmation
After samples confirmed, we'll arrange bulk production accordingly
Our QC/QA staff inspect the production strictly and randomly, under instruction of the "sample book", and record for future trace
